Nowgen Building by Nick Goode began over 25 years ago when owner Nick Goode used his extensive experience in carpentry to begin building for himself under Nick Goode Construction.
Nick and his wife and business partner Fran had their beginnings building in Perth, but with the birth of their first child decided to make the move to the idyllic Dunsborough. From its inception Nowgen Building by Nick Goode has continually been at the forefront of design and innovation in the industry. We are constantly looking for new products and processes and experimenting with the latest building techniques. We love working with our clients to create a beautiful product of the highest quality.
We pride ourselves on exclusive and inspiring construction using out of the box designs and materials. We have access to class leading trades and suppliers to ensure every build will stand the test of time. We have, over the last 30 years under Nick Goode Construction and nowgen Building gone on to establish ourselves as a premier award-winning South West construction company. In that time, we have built a name as a leader in exciting and innovative design and construction, winning over 20 industry awards.

Changing markets and the opportunity to break into new and exciting areas of building have provided the impetus to rebrand ourselves to Nowgen Building. Innovation and adaptation has always been something we have prided ourselves on delivering and with the chance to explore a range of pre-designed and prefabricated homes, small block design and building and custom live-able sheds it seems like the perfect time to refresh and renew those principles of innovation that we hold ourselves to.
