Our Process
Here at nowgen by Nick Goode we are a boutique family construction company, and this gives us a unique view and process in designing and building homes and commercial builds. That family perspective and focus translates to the quality and cares we put into all our construction work. The nowgen process begins with in-depth consultations and site visits to determine what the client’s vision of the build is and sets our course on a design that goes above and beyond their expectations.
The client will meet and get to know every member of the team during these consultations and meetings. Both Nick and Fran believe in building a strong relationship with clients prior to commencing and throughout the duration of construction.
Our aim is to involve our clients at a grassroots level to debunk some of the complication and confusion in building a new house. We want to work with you on creating your idea in a simple and easy to understand way. We are a family business and when you build with nowgen you become part of that family.
There are several ways we can begin the building process here at nowgen. We can design your house from the plans up to be completely custom to your needs and desires.
We will also have pre-drawn designs available that can be completely customized with your choice of claddings, linings and finishes, and styles. Finally, we can work closely with your specified architect to achieve a home you truly love.
Communication and clarity at every stage are integral parts of our mission. Building a home or commercial building requires both the client and builder to be in sync in terms of the overall vision for the project. This is something we pride ourselves on. We create dedicated project schedules which we share early on with clients and update completed milestones. We do this to ensure you, the client, understands exactly where the build is going and to give a sense of real time progress to the work.
